We’ve been teaching the ins and outs of social media, search engine optimization and website content management systems for more than a year. While we’d be happy to show you examples of successes in action, we think our former students probably summarize the value of our courses better than we ever could.
From our former Social Media Marketing students:
I recently competed the Pixel/Point Press course and found it one of the most worthwhile training experiences of my professional career.
Taking a hands-on approach, instructor and social media marketing expert Kelli Brown explained to us exactly what we would need to do to create the base for successful social meeting marketing for our clients and our own PR and marketing practice at K2 Strategic Innovations.
Not only did she cover the marketing benefits of new “standards” like Facebook and Twitter, but she also explained how to get the most out of our blogging. In addition, she provided us the basics of search engine optimization, allowing us to get more traffic without additional financial investment in our websites or blogs.
Once we at K2 Strategic Innovations and SignonKrav.com implement everything Kelli taught us, we expect to see a significant ROI.
I would just like to post a review on Kelli Brown’s Social Media Course that was originally advertised on Digital Eve.
So – what can I say? So far – So EXCELLENT.
Kelli held her first lesson in my lounge in Tel Aviv last Thursday and I would like to say that she more than exceeded my personal expectations. She had certainly done her homework and came very well prepared (projector and all) and delivered a very well thought out, professional presentation covering everything that she said she would in her original email.
I also would like to add that on a personal note, I found her unpretentious, down to earth manner to be nothing short of a breath of fresh air.
So, there you go – if any of you are interested in this course – in light of the first lesson that we received – I WARMLY recommend it and would even go as far to say it’s a MUST do for those that don’t want to get lost in the social media shuffle.
Marketing Communication Services
Just wanted to let you know that I’ve started to feel comfortable in and relatively knowledgable about the basics of social media. The blog is coming together nicely, the facebook page is popular, and twitter is slower but fun. I’m going to begin looking at Digg and Delicious, although I’m not certain they’ll be useful for the company since they seem to be mainly for sharing news. Anyway, your course definitely helped a lot – I wouldn’t have even known where to begin without it! With it, I knew where to start and how to go about it.
I thought the class today was amazing!!!!! You are so interesting to listen to and the content is fabulous. I was expecting to get a very top level view without lots of details but was pleasantly surprised.
I can’t wait to start my blog and this comes at such a good time because I was just cultivating an idea in my mind for a new business in Jerusalem and now I’ll “test” out the concept through the blog.
I look forward to next weeks class.
